Free Download: Kylie Minogue - All The Lovers “Funk Republic Remix”
We couldn’t let this week fly by without passing on to you a mix of one of the most talked about tunes of recent weeks.
Aussie Pop Princess Kylie bowled a fair few of you over on premiering Aphrodite lead single All The Lovers a short time ago.
It seems to have divided opinion's in equal amounts, count me in the undecided category on this one, the backing track spoke to me of a trancier version of Golden Filter’s “Hide Me” and for that reason I didn’t find it none too original. However, it’s Kylie and it’ll be massive fo’ sure.
Whilst we await out the chance to get ourselves loved up with the Michael Woods & and XXXChange remix packages – a fair few others are springing up.
I wanted to bring your attention to Funk Republic’s treatment that turns the synthy track into a bassline banger and ignites the dancing grooves in me. With supportive nods for his works from the likes of Tiesto, Roger Sanchez and The Freemasons – Funk Republic is fast becoming a hot name drop from the Biggest DJ/Producer names out there and it’s a fantastic way to get your own single noted “Funk Republic and Serotonin Thieves “Mindless”.
Yes I guess all it needed was a wallop of bass to get me to love it and a sneaky of the video - Oooh it's like a sexed-up version of Adele's Chasing Pavements with all that writhing and rolling around on the tarmac don't you think?.

Whilst I’m gassing about all things Kylie, EQ’s Pop Maven friend Mr Will W, has had some fun with the track, mashing it with his favourite tune from the 80’s, Dream Academy’s "Life In A Northern Town" (one of mine too, Will) – Will works this helluva lot better than the frightfully awful Sunchyme by Dario G, why not hear for yourself!
