I always tell this to myself - things get so much better when you least expect it. And I am right. The Young Professionals are getting 'Be with You Tonight' remixed for an upcoming EP set to be released on October 29th in all digital stores, and to be quite honest - I am not a big fan of remixes (I know, I say this all the time) BUT this Tristan Garner remix is making my pop heart really happy.

EQTC: Watch "Life Life" and Listen to "Cardiogram" by La Boétie

Well, well, well my lovely EQs! Its been a while since I've been able to post! Been all sorts of busy lately with school and work and all that lovely stuff. But I'm back! Back with lovely French electronica that you will absolutely not want to pass on! 

La Boétie first caught my attention with their first single Your Girl, a few months ago and I've loved them ever since. Their last single, Cardiogram, came out not too long ago and I've been meaning to rant and rave about my love for it for quite some time now (alas, being a full time student and working 25 hours a week has kept me rather busy!). Not only that, but the duo has also just released their new single Life Life, which is accompanied by a video that, put simply, is just a bunch of 90s looking pictures that fits strangely well with the song itself. 

The latest tracks from La Boétie is are an infectious pair and are an excellent follow up to their debut. Watch Life Life and give Cardiogram a listen:

Listen to "Palm" by I Am In Love

Okay guys...here's a new song from I Am In Love that I'm actually obsessed with. Its not even funny. It literally feels like I've stumbled upon an unreleased Depeche Mode song from the 80s and I'm loving every second of it. The new song, Palm, from this Leicester based shoe-gaze electro band has the dark, eerie, ethereal vibes of Depeche Mode with hints of The Verve's song Sit and Wonder (which I also love!).

I Am In Love snagged a spot on BBC Radio 1's playlist with their debut single I Want You and this new single, which is set to be released on October 8th, will no doubt make a splash on the radio. Give it a listen here:
