Hello EQs all over the world. And Narnia. As you surely know, Taylor Swift's new album is OUT now and already slaying everybody in the charts. Taylor has come back snatching every wig, and no ratchet is safe. Mascara running down all over their faces describes it all. Yes.
Spent the week listening to the album, trying to figure out the songs and how to express it to you guys.
Here is what I think:
The album opens with State of Grace which didn't get my attention until patiently listened to the lyrics - As an album-opener, I was expecting more of an upbeat song such as 'I Knew You Were Trouble', But really though - this song makes it perfectly for the album. Guitar, background vocals and lyric-wise is perfect. The song speaks for itself, it's about falling in love and that amazing feeling of knowing that everything is finally going to work out. and following up on being in love, RED is telling the boy of your dreams how much you love him; how hard, impossible and stupid is the idea to forget him; how emotional and peaceful is to remember him. Red is that song you want to sing to the one that is everything you ever wished for.

Allow me to introduce you to Matt Nash & Dave Silcox with their new remix work for Dragonette's "Live In This City". OH WOW.
These guys are cray. It's like they just took it, snatched it, turn it into a whole electro house ear-raper-beats and just make it perfect for the dancefloor. I am seriously amazed by the work these two have done and wonder what else is coming from them. I don't have to keep on talking about how good this remix is, as it speaks for itself.
