Free Download - "Amazing Grace" (acoustic) by Boy George feat. Ana Lains

I'm a huge fan of the new Boy George single "Amazing Grace" and just now we've received a FREE download of the acoustic version of the track to offer up to EQ readers.  This version features that beautiful vocals of Ana Lains as well.  I can quite easily say that "Amazing Grace" is Boy George's best work in years.  So soulful and elegant - completely captivating.

No matter how much the media try to slam Boy George, to me, he's still an incredible musician and he's a human being that creates stunningly beautiful art through sound - that's all that matters.

That's exactly how I feel, too!!! This song is one of BG's best *ever* and I hope it reminds people what he is capable of musically. Except for just a very few misses, BG's music never falters and is ever excellent... Lifelong fan here, nothing's going to change my mind about his music! =)

Beautiful song, best version I've heard so far. Love the background choir, very uplifting

Absolutely beautiful!

Do you guys seriously like this? George has done some great work in the past, but this is awful. His voice is so hoarse and deep now and the arrangement is one chord played over and over. The dance version of this song is a million times better.

@Jonny I'd really like to hear what you bring to the table as a vocalist, songwriter or as an artist.those who don't Do teach. If you have nothing nice to say shut the fuck up.Boy george is a legend who has left many a mark on the world.unlike you skidmark.Have respect.

Excuse me Coby. But I don't think I need to be a vocalist or a songwriter to have an opinion about whether I like a song or not. If you're going to release music to the general public, you have to be prepared that not everyone may like it. I was quite respectful in my opinion. I did not use any profanity like you did. Actually it's because George is a legend that this work disappoints me. I like a lot of his other work but not this particular song.
And it's funny that you say a person shouldn't say anything unless they can be nice. Look at all of George's opinions about other artists like Madonna and Elton John over the years. He hasn't always been nice or complimentary. But he has the right to his opinion even if it's isn't positive just like I do.
Peace to you Coby. You seem like a very angry person. I didn't like this song by George. Big deal.

I really like this song, but there is something not quite right with this acoustic version of it in my opinion. I think it should not have the background vocals. maybe if it was sung slower. It just doesn't have that intimacy that you have with an acoustic version. I don't mean to offend. I do like the song
