Video Premiere - "Find Me" by Sergey Lazarev

Long time readers of EQ, already know that I have a teeny obsession/guilty pleasure with the music of Sergey Lazarev. 

Well guess what - your favourite Russian pop superstar has a new video and you get to hear all about it - lucky you!

The premise - well it would seem that Will Smith wasn't the only one left in New York City when the zombie-esque virus took hold in "I Am Legend".  Apparently their was a Russian pop superstar and a lonesome girl (who is quite good with firearms) who also survived and found love against all the odds - all the while, not bumping into Will Smith at all - incredible huh?!

Watch it all magically unfold Hollywood big budget sytle in Sergey Lazarev's new video to "Find Me". Sergey decided to release his new single in Russian too - which is a bit of change from his normal English pop stylings, but nevertheless, the video is top-notch and entertaining - I think you'll love it.

Sergey Lazarev Flashdances Through The Russian Rain...

Sergey Lazarev made an appearance at the MTV Europa Plus Live concert last week and unfortunately for the concert-goers it rained extremely hard during his 4 song set - which included "Flyer", "Shattered Dreams", "Girlfriend" and "TV or Radio".

Lucky for us however, Sergey decided to strip off and put on his "the show must flashdance on" attitude and quite really, it's just a whole lot of eyecandy.

Sergey Lazarev Is Live And In "Stereo"

Look - it's Sergey on the cover of Russian Billboard.

I know - you're amazed I haven't written about Sergey in like a month or so...

Sergey Lazarev has unveiled his latest english language single "Stereo" which he has been performing all over Russia lately.  "Stereo" marks the lead single into his third solo album which is currently in the works from what I hear.

I'm a little sad that he really didn't launch in the UK as planned.  Even with the support of Jay Sean's managers behind him, you would have thought they could have gotten him out there more, but alas these things happen and I'm sure there is a plan B in the works.  But in the meantime, enjoy latest single which has him whoring himself to you via means of modern day technology and all forms of social networking to get himself seen and heard by your fine selves.

Glad to see my boy is keeping it electro-pop too.  Enjoy this little live performance of "Stereo" too which has lots of semi-clad naked ladies in it...For all you hardcore fans out there too, Sergey has uploaded his Erasure cover of "I Love To Hate You" on his official MySpace profile.

Sergey Lazarev - New Promo Videos To "Almost Sorry" and "Shattered Dreams"

 

Over New Years, Sergey unveiled his English language video to "Almost Sorry" which is a treat for all UK and American fans as the original video was in Russian.  The video is epically good and visually stunning, so it is a treat that us English speaking folk can actually understand what's he's all angsty and whining on about.

Well here's another little treat too that I dug up for you. I'm sure there is a reason that this "alternative" promo video to "Shattered Dreams" exists, but I don't really care what that is really, I'm getting sick of using Google translate to find out why - but this version of the video is far better than the original if you ask me.

We got lazers. We got champers. We got Sergey disco dancing and some rather cool looking folks who think they're cool because they are behind the synths and other people who think they are cool because they are playing with their iPhones in the club. It's all rather amazing if you ask me.  I'm sure you'll agree.
