Watch "Gravity" By The Bleach Works from EQ Live

 Christian-train

Christian Burns recently released the footage from The Bleach Works show at EQ Live last month for new track "Gravity".  Nicknamed the "get in my car" song, "Gravity" is one of the best tracks from Christian's collection of songs he's working on for The Bleach Works.  Full of emotion, melody and an almost yearning like angst, it's personally one of Christian's stand-out tracks for me.  You'll get mental pictures of being in a car on the open road with your lovely - the wind blowing through your hair, the sun shining on your face and this song on full blast...it paints the perfect mental picture.

Coincidently, the EQ Live photo of Christian and Kevin Spacey also ended up in big American magazine In Touch Weekly, complete with cheeky commentary - Amazing!

Listen To In-Depth BBC Interview With Loebeat

 Loebeat

On Saturday night, Loebeat delivered an awesome set to the ram-packed crowd at EQ Live at Bar Music Hall and I was really blown away by their performance.  I'm extremely impressed with the Manchester trio and am over-the-moon that things are really starting to take off for them.

Lula, Dicey and Ramdaq were recently interviewed on BBC Introducing by Sam Walker and it's an enjoyable listen.  What I really love about Loebeat is how much work they put into the visual dynamics of their show and their music.  They have one of the most unique intro promo packs that an artist has ever submitted for review and when the band showed up with their smoke machines, light up microphone stands and lazers at the EQ Live gig, I got a little bit excited - as you would expect!

Anyways - listen to the BBC interview here (jump to the 25 minute point) - it gives you an interesting insight into how Loebeat came together as a band and where they are going.  If you haven't yet discovered them yet - I highly recommend you check out their MySpace

EQTV - Watch Temposhark's New Video To "Bye Bye Baby"

 Temposhark+Robert++2009

Who knew that Edward Cullen had an electro-pop relative in the family?...

Check out the hot new video from Temposhark's new single "Bye Bye Baby" which hits digital outlets this Monday - November 23rd!  The video is so electro-goth and I love it!  This is definitely Temposhark's most ambitious music video to date and it's a real pleasure to see Rob Diament and company getting into character in celebration of the new single from the soon to be released album - "Threads".

And speaking of the 23rd, Monday is THE day for new electro-pop music isn't it?  When you are out there buying "The Fame Monster" by Lady Gaga and "For Your Entertainment" by Adam Lambert, don't forget to download Temposhark's "Bye Bye Baby" as well!

Temposhark will be performing "Bye Bye Baby" amongst their hot set on Saturday night at EQ Live at Bar Music Hall in Shoreditch - it's a FREE entry gig with KCAT an Loebeat as well so make sure you are there!  You never know who will show up!

Let us know you're coming!

Like the video? Well you should - it was directed by Ben Charles Edwards who also directed the short film "The Town That Boars Me" that I wrote about in August 2008 - starring Kelly Osbourne and Sophie Ellis-Bextor !

EQ Exclusive - Listen to "Boys Don't Cry" by KCAT

 Kcat

KCAT (pronounced "cat") is preparing for an assault on the pop world with her hot new track "Boys Don't Cry" which I am absolutely in love with!  The track is a commentary on how men are more in touch with themselves than boys are...and something tells me that KCAT rather prefers her men to the boys...

KCAT is one of the brightest young performers I've seen in a long time and EQ is thrilled to present her to you at EQ Live on Saturday night at Bar Music Hall alongside Temposhark and Loebeat - make sure you don't miss it as it's FREE Entry as well!

Let us know you're coming!

In the meantime, take a listen to the new single below.  You'll love it!
